For my question on constitutional rights using the internet, I would use an Academic Encyclopedia, and then look in a popular magazine. Looking up constitutional rights would be the first step in answering that question. Then looking in an internet magazine would solidify the answer.
For the other two questions I would use Academic Journals and again encyclopedias, I might event browse through a couple of magazine articles. I figured the more information you can get on a topic the better informed you are.

Academic Encyclopedias definitely a good way to get background on the questions. What would make a popular magazine different than, say, a scholarly journal? What can one type of source offer that makes it unique from another? The questions you have identified are quite interesting!
